Jesse is a resident of Arizona and a retired Los Angeles deputy sheriff. He has been married to his wife Anita since 1983. They are the parents of three children. Jesse has been preaching since 1995. He has defended Holy Mother Church against secular humanism on Spanish television and in several official debates with Protestant pastors.
