DETROIT (ChurchMilitant.com) - Bill Gates has admitted that any Wuhan virus vaccine will come with thousands of side effects and could harm or kill hundred of thousands of people, sparking alarm among some medical experts.
Speaking on plans for Wuhan virus vaccination on CNBC in early April, Bill Gates said the "efficacy of vaccines in older people is always a huge challenge. It turns out the flu vaccine isn't that effective in elderly people."
"We clearly need a vaccine that works in the upper age range because they're most at risk of that," he added. "And doing that so that you amp it up so it works in older people, and yet you don't have side effects. If we have one in 10,000 side effects, that's way more — 700,000 people who will suffer from that."
"That is a pretty good estimate," Jane Orient, M.D. of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) told Church Militant, but "it could be more than that."
"I am amazed that he's admitted it has so many side effects," she continued.
Since the vaccine has not been used before, Dr. Orient cautioned that going at warp speed, "implies you are going to skip some steps, and that is not a good idea."
"People are reacting strongly over the effect of hydroxychloroquine, but it's much safer than this vaccine," she concluded.
Marilyn M. Singleton, M.D., J.D., immediate former president of AAPS, said "Bill Gates, the second largest donor to WHO, appears to be running the world response to COVID-19. No HCQ — you must get sick and die waiting for the vaccine that Gates will fund and profit from."
"Ignoring requests for other types of aid, Gates has peddled his vaccines as the cure of all the ills of developing countries while violating human rights and informed-consent laws and sidelining other effective solutions," she continued.
A defender of China's Wuhan virus response and a vaccine promoter with no medical training, Gates crippled Eritrea while searching for a malaria vaccine, leading Dr. Singleton to say:
It is impossible to say just how many hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of lives could have been saved in the 2 years or so since Bill Gates announced his multibillion dollar "donation" to vaccine research if just a small percentage of his "gift" had been spent on implementing the Eritrean model of malaria mortality prevention. Eritrea had nearly eliminated malaria with a program of prompt treatment, insecticide-treated nets, larval habitat management, and indoor residual spraying.
In the CNBC interview, Gates talked about giving his planned vaccination to the entire world and said, "Governments will have to be involved because there will be some risk and indemnification needed before that can be decided on."
While "the current Wuhan virus saga is not something to take lightly," says Jose Nino for Big League Politics, "it does not require such a radical response which involves coercive vaccinations on a large scale."
"Not only would this infringe on the liberties of millions of Americans, but it could bring about unintended side effects especially if the vaccine is rushed and a large portion of the population is exposed to it," he added.
