WASHINGTON, D.C., June 26, 2015 (ChurchMilitant.com) - In a revolutionary ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled in favor of finding a constitutional right to gay "marriage" under the Fourteenth Amendment. Split narrowly along predicted lines, the 5-4 decision was authored by Catholic Justice Anthony Kennedy, who's been a leader in promoting the gay agenda in a string of Court cases opening wide the door to today's ruling. He was joined by Justices Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor and Kagan. Separate dissents were written each by Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Scalia, Thomas and Alito.
