Black Conservative Perspective podcast: "Space Force and the military is going woke. Okay, it's going woke."

Air Force Lt. Col. Matthew Lohmeier was a guest on the Steve Gruber podcast Wednesday to discuss his new book on the promotion of Marxism in the military. He explained his experience on the changing environment of the U.S. armed forces.

Lt. Col. Lohmeier: "I saw what I consider fundamentally incompatible competing narratives of what America was, is and should be. That wasn't just prolific in social media spreading throughout the country during this past year, but it was spreading throughout the United States military."

As if to prove his point, Lohmeier was immediately relieved of his duties with the Space Force. A Defense Department spokesman explained the move was "due to loss of trust and confidence in his ability to lead," and that "This decision was based on public comments made by Lt. Col. Lohmeier in a recent podcast."

Lt. Gen. Stephen Whiting: "I tell ya, over the past five years our culture has radically changed."

Conservative U.S. congressmen swiftly came to Lohmeier's defense on social media.

Lohmeier on the podcast suggested what it'll take to turn things around.

Lohmeier: "We are deep into this already. I think those who have read my book are already quite surprised at just how rapidly culture can morph. And so what can we do to combat it? I think the most important thing is that people need to be courageous."

The lieutenant colonel modeled this kind of courage — and paid the price in doing so.
