A Polish conservative website has recently released a short film concerning the current crisis within the Church.
The film, which has a running time of 41 minutes, features interviews with Cdl. Raymond Burke, Bishop Emeritus Jan Paul Lenga of Karaganda and Abp. Athanasius Schneider, in addition to author and historian Prof. Grzegorz Kucharczyk and Sławomir Skiba, editor-in-chief of Polonia Christiana, a bimonthly Catholic magazine.
All five men discuss in detail and in strong words the gravity of the current crisis the Church is embroiled in concerning marriage, the family and homosexuality, with a particular emphasis on last year's synod as well as the upcoming one in October. The bishops of Germany, the crisis of priestly formation, a lack of piety among the laity, and attempted usurpation of the authority of Rome are all thoroughly discussed by the interviewees, in addition to many others.
The film features subtitles in both Polish and English.
