ORLANDO, Fla. (ChurchMilitant.com) - A shocking video has come to light of a Disney employee touting the company's plan to promote gender-transitioning procedures for employees and their underage children.

The video was exposed by journalist Christopher Rufo on Thursday. The unidentified Disney employee in the video explained Disney's plan to use its employee-benefits program to support "gender-affirmation procedures."

Speaking on a video conference call, the employee passionately explains how the program will "give information about gender-affirmation procedures, both for our employees who are transitioning and trans, but also our employees who have kids who are transitioning."

The "gender-affirmation procedures" mentioned by the employee could include a variety of medical procedures. Breast removal, genital mutilation and voice surgery are all considered gender-affirming surgeries by proponents of so-called transgenderism.

The same journalist also leaked a video of a Disney executive explaining the company's plan to target "Generation Z and Millennials" with pro-LGBT "inclusion" content.

The video shows Karey Burke, president of general entertainment content at Disney, expressing pride in the company's LGBT indoctrination.

Burke explained, "Nobody stopped us because we were targeting Gen Z and Millennials. We were targeting a younger, I think, more open-minded [crowd]."

She added that Disney ought to continue pushing LGBT support, saying, "As my son texted me this morning: 'Gen Z is 30–40% queerer than other generations, Mom, so Disney better get with it.'"

The company plans to target Gen Z and Millennials with pro-LGBT 'inclusion' content.

Leadership at Disney has vowed to have 50% of their "regular and recurring characters" be from "underrepresented groups" by the end of this year.

Americans have erupted with frustration and anger over Disney's recent woke posturing. On Wednesday, a large crowd of protestors congregated in front of Disney's headquarters in Burbank, California, chanting "boycott Disney!"

The hashtag "boycott Disney" has exploded across Twitter. Representative Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., journalist Sebastian Gorka and many other conservative influencers have voiced their dissatisfaction with the woke company.

As Church Militant reported earlier, Disney was triggered by the Florida Legislature's Parental Rights in Education Law, which passed last week.

The legislation bans classroom discussion of sexual orientation or gender identity with children below fourth grade. CEO Bob Chapek told Florida governor Ron DeSantis (a Catholic) that he was disappointed and concerned with the law, alleging it unfairly targets LGBT groups.

The hashtag 'boycott Disney' has exploded across Twitter.

Similar legislation was recently passed in Alabama.

Texas' Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick announced intentions to pass legislation similar to Florida's anti-grooming bill. In a campaign email with the subject line "I Am Done With Disney," Patrick said, "I will make this law a top priority in the next session."

Patrick also encouraged his supporters to boycott Disney: "Until they change their corporate philosophy, stop spending money with them. Cut off the Disney Channel. Cancel your park trip or your cruise if one is planned. If you own Disney stock, sell it."
