Now that the woke Left is infiltrating America's education system with gender ideology and Marxist race theory, conservatives are fighting hard to protect and educate their children.
In tonight's In-Depth Report, Church Militant's Aidan O'Connor takes a closer look at the fight for the nation's future generation.
Across the United States, multiple states are making sure parents have the right to choose their child's education.
Most recently, Arizona's Catholic governor, Doug Ducey, signed into law last month expansive school choice legislation and held a ceremonial signing on Tuesday.
Gov. Doug Ducey, R-Ariz.: "Now all Arizona children will have an opportunity and excellent education. The sky is the limit, the law of the land."
Ducey wrote, "Arizona cements itself as the top state for school choice and as the first state in the nation to offer all families the option to choose the school setting that works best for them."
The law allows parents to access over $6,500 per year for each child.
The taxpayer-funded aid would usually be used for children in the public school system. But now, parents can use that money for private schools, homeschooling, tutoring and other educational services.
Last year, 19 states expanded school choice, spelling bad news for the traditional public school system. In 2020, public schools took a hit due to the China virus, because many unionized teachers were unwilling to return and teach in person.
At the same time, many critics cast a spotlight on public school systems, like those in Virginia, where parents were exposing pornographic content available to students.
Stacy Langton, mother of six: "Both of these books include pedophilia. Both books describe different acts; one book describes a fourth-grade boy performing oral sex on an adult male. The other book has detailed illustrations of a man having sex with a boy."
Many public schools are also pushing LGBT grooming propaganda on children and hiding it from parents.
One parent who moved her family from California to Arizona gave her reasoning: "They're taught to hate themselves, their families and say Jesus didn't exist. We are 'one nation under God.' The government shouldn't be allowed to shove education down our throats. It should be up to parents to decide what their children are taught."
The U.S. Supreme Court even handed down a ruling in June, affirming school choice and freedom of religion. In the case, the court's conservative justices — most of them Catholic — ruled Maine's government must provide tuition assistance for religious schools.
Americans are rallying against state-run indoctrination, hoping to truly educate their children in one nation under God.
Last month, a Democrat-appointed West Virginia judge struck down a similar law that would have expanded school choice for American families in the Mountain State.
