A district court judge is saying "slow down" to the Biden administration's push to fire unvaccinated workers. Church Militant's Paul Murano details the Left's drive to purge dissenters from public life, and the growing hope that this bump in the road may lead to a barrier to its agenda.

The Biden administration has yet to meet a vaccine mandate it hasn't embraced. But Sunday, almost two dozen U.S. military and federal employees sued the Biden administration over its draconian "vax or ax" rule. Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, a Clinton appointee, issued a temporary restraining order Thursday, halting the mandate until religious exemptions are processed.

The plaintiffs' attorney, Michael Yoder, issued a statement Thursday saying, "Thankfully, our Constitution protects and secures the right to remain free from religious persecution and coercion."

In July, fake-Catholic Biden got the ball rolling in a public address about his agenda to cancel those who won't fall in line. This was followed by a Sept. 9 executive order mandating vaccines for federal employees — including the military. In recent years, the Left has targeted the police and the military — the two institutions it has yet to fully dominate.

With the "defund the police" movement and this "vax or ax" mandate for the military, there's a plan afoot for the Left to dominate all facets of society. Observers are hoping this judge's injunction respecting religious freedom will have a ripple effect.

The Biden administration responded today by saying they won't agree to halt the discipline and termination of employees in the process of seeking a religious exemption.
