Leftist media appear to be caught in yet another lie, forced to walk back a claim against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
On Saturday, The New York Times reported that Kavanaugh, a lifelong Catholic, was again being accused of sexual assault.
This apparent lie follows what is now being admitted by the attorney of former Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford — that the accusations against him were brought forward to keep him from being confirmed to the High Court to preserve the landmark Roe v. Wade abortion decision from being overturned.
Debra Katz: "When he takes a scalpel to Roe v. Wade, we will know who he is. We know his character and we know what motivates him, and that is important. It is important that we know, and that was part of what motivated Christine."
Eventually, all 83 complaints against Kavanaugh were thrown out.
This newest accusation against Kavanaugh is now also falling apart as fast as it was leveled.
It originated with attorney Max Stier, a Clinton ally who claimed he saw Kavanaugh assault a female student during a college party years ago.
Democratic presidential candidates pounced on the story, calling for Kavanaugh's impeachment and removal from the High Court.
But an investigation by conservatives has turned up a very different story, and on Sunday, the Times was forced to backpedal, admitting the woman in question "declined to be interviewed" and that multiple friends say "she does not recall the incident."
In the face of these revelations, it appears The New York Times report is another "fake news" piece designed to take down the pro-life justice and preserve America's abortion regime.
