Men masquerading as women are dominating women's sports and liberals want it to continue.
Trans activists and the American Civil Liberties Union are opposing Idaho's Fairness in Women's Sports Act, forbidding so-called transgender females — males who identify as females — from participating in women's sports.
Signed by Gov. Brad Little on March 30, the bill cites scientific journals saying, "The legislature finds that there are inherent differences between men and women."
It goes on to quote scientific articles drawing the dististinction that men have denser, stronger bones, tendons and ligaments; larger hearts; greater lung volume; higher red blood cell count; and higher hemoglobin.
All of these contribute to an unfair advantage when women are forced to compete against men in the same sport.
So far, 18 states are considering 26 bills. New Hampshire, Alabama and Mississippi each have two bills in consideration. Missouri has three and Tennessee has four.
A Rasmussen poll last November shows 51% of Americans oppose transgender participation on sports teams of the opposite sex.
Out of those opposed, 84% say it's likely to change girls' and women's sports for the worse.
Presidential candidate and fake Catholic Joe Biden said in January "Let's be clear: Transgender equality is the civil rights issue of our time. There is no room for compromise when it comes to basic human rights."
While liberals continue to push so-called transgender rights, the rights of women are losing.
