It is now official — there are no Catholic Masses (Latin Rite) publicly celebrated anywhere in the United States.
On the Eve of the Solemnity of St. Joseph [March 19, 2020] the final handful of dioceses in the four remaining states of Kentucky, Minnesota, Oklahoma and Texas canceled their public Masses.
This means roughly 65 million Catholics throughout the country have no public Mass available at this time, anywhere in the nation.

Preferring to remain anonymous, one priest on the East Coast told Church Militant: "On Sunday, March 22, 1970, the Novus Ordo was made obligatory in the USA. On Sunday, March 22, 2020, no public Masses will be celebrated anywhere in the USA."
In the United States , the Catholic Church has 197 dioceses broken into 32 territorial archdioceses known as "Provinces."
