LONDON ( - Voting machines connected to Clinton-supporting billionaire George Soros, which according to WikiLeaks are thought to have rigged a 2004 election in favor of Venezuela strongman Hugo Chavez, have been operating in 16 U.S. states.

Smartmatic, a U.K.-based voting technology firm run by a man with deep ties to Soros, admits on its website: "In the U.S., Smartmatic has offered technology and support services to the Electoral Commissions of 307 counties in 16 States."
Listed states are: Arizona, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, New Jersey Nevada, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. Many of these are battleground states.
WikiLeaks released a 2006 document indicating the same company is thought to have rigged the elections in Venezuela, which oversaw the landslide election of communist strongman Hugo Chavez:
The Venezuelan-owned Smartmatic Corporation … its machines have overseen several landslide (and contested) victories by President Hugo Chavez and his supporters. … The Smartmatic machines used in Venezuela are widely suspected of, though never proven conclusively to be, susceptible to fraud.
Mark Malloch-Brown is running Smartmatic, which openly admits Malloch-Brown's ties with Soros. "Other positions have included vice chairman of George Soros' Investment Funds, as well as his Open Society Institute."
Malloch-Brown also has deep ties with Hillary Clinton, working with consulting firms tied to her, including Sawyer-Miller and FTI Consulting.
Mandy Grundwald from Sawyer-Miller ran the firm's communication contract for Bill Clinton's 1992 presidential run, and was head of communications for Hillary in her unsuccessful 2008 presidential bid.
The Daily Caller ran a story revealing that Smartmatic provided on its own website a flowchart describing the company's contribution to elections in the United States from 2006–2015, with "57,000 voting and counting machines deployed" and "35 million voters assisted." After the article came out, Smartmatic scrubbed the information from its site.
WikiLeaks also shows that in 2010, Smartmatic was providing "82,000 Smartmatic units" for the Philippines, a country that now has self-professed dictator Rodrigo Duterte as president.
Joseph Stalin, murderous Soviet leader, is quoted as saying, "Those who cast the votes decide nothing. Those who count the votes decide everything."
