Sworn deposition testimony gives further evidence the abortion industry commits infanticide against babies born alive.
Pro-life, undercover journalist David Daleiden and his organization, the Center for Medical Progress, have released footage of sworn testimony from Planned Parenthood officials and a fetal tissue procurement manager.
"Is the entire fetus intact in the lab when the procurement technician enters the lab?" the attorney asks. "Yes," was the response.
The testimony alludes to some babies having heartbeats after surviving abortion, and indicates abortionists are loose about the definition of "viability" for babies born alive.
"There's many criteria you can use to determine viability ... It depends on where you work," a deposed employee testified.
This is the second video of its kind featuring testimony from those in the abortion industry. It comes amid years of legal battle between Daleiden and Planned Parenthood.
"I think a per-item thing [transaction] works a little better, just because we can see how much [money] we can get out of it," a Planned Parenthood doctor said on hidden video.
Ever since he exposed the abortion giant's illegal sales of aborted babies' body parts, Daleiden has faced a slew of civil and criminal charges.
In May, Daleiden pushed back with a lawsuit against Planned Parenthood as well as Senator Kamala Harris, who as California's attorney general sought to punish Daleiden for his undercover videos.
The lawsuit accuses Harris of selectively targeting Daleiden, using state laws as a political weapon to silence her political opponents.
