By Fr. Paul John Kalchik

"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers, against the rulers of the world of darkness, against the spirit of wickedness in high places. Therefore, take unto yourself the armor of God that you may be able to resist the evil day and to stand in all things perfect." (Ephesians 6:12–13)

As severe storms rake the country, they are nothing compared to what's playing out in my heart. I just watched the Fr. DeLand video, and it was sickening. Even more than that it brings back to the forefront of my mind the abuse that played out in my own life. And I have to accept that what happened to me when I was abused by Fr. Cozzi was so much worse than what happened to the young man in the video.

Nothing of substance has been done to stop any of this evil continuing to play out in the world.

I have to admit to myself that even though what happened to me was 38 years ago, nothing of substance has been done to stop any of this evil continuing to play out in the world — despite Abp. Carlo Maria Viganò's best efforts, despite the multitude of voices of victims like myself, despite myriads of letters to the Holy See, despite multiple petitions signed by thousands, despite all of this! This reveals that many who are in power want this evil to continue and want the continued offering of this black sacrament to Satan.

What has come to light and what is being now revealed by Church Militant and other independent news sources is that this sexual abuse of youth, this predation upon innocents, is so much more evil and complex than what meets the eye; it's not just about these predators getting some sort of sexual satisfaction out of their predation, because as we know, sex partners are readily available, for free or for a price.

No, it's about the desecration of their innocent victims, making offerings to the god they worship, offerings to their father, the devil. Like abortion, this is a black sacrament to Satan. They protect these black sacraments with the same intensity that we protect the Blessed Sacrament from desecration. And at this point in time, the Freemasons and devil worshippers who have infiltrated the Church do not want any of this evil to stop; in fact, they are happy with what is playing out and with how disheartened the faithful remnant has become.

But things are changing. New winds are blowing away their cover. A light that they cannot withstand will expose their degeneracy, deception and all the despicable things they have done in their attempt to destroy our holy Church.

This is fundamentally and principally a spiritual battle.

I hope this ghoulish and creepy video proves to be a wake-up call to all the sincere and faithful Catholics out there to put timidity aside and finally do something! For starters, I would suggest that all the faithful consecrate themselves to the Immaculate Heart of Mary and make a pledge to say at least one Rosary a day until this scourge attacking the Church is once and for all eliminated.

This request is a minimal suggestion; so much more can be accomplished by the faithful by making a bouquet of spiritual sacrifices and prayers to God to end this evil and to calm this torrential storm. This is what it will take!

As St. Paul described in his letter to the Ephesians, this is fundamentally and principally a spiritual battle and will only be won by prayer and through the intercession and aid of God's holy angels and the saints.
