President Trump gave his first public address, headlining the largest conservative conference in America. CPAC hosted numerous up-and-coming stars in Trump's revitalized Republican Party, but it was the energizing President who stole the crowd's heart.
Trump reminded the audience of the danger they face: "We all knew that the Biden administration was going to be bad, but none of us even imagined just how bad they would be and how far left they would go." Trump continued: "The mission of the Democrat Party is to promote socialism. They want to promote socialism ultimately leading, unfortunately, to communism."
Going into the conference, polls showed two-thirds of the Republican Party believe the election was unconstitutionally stolen. Trump agreed: "It's in the Constitution. They didn't have the courage, the Supreme Court. They didn't have the courage to act, but instead used 'process' and 'lack of standing.' I was told the president of the United States did not have standing."
The biggest obstacle facing a Republican resurgence is the RINOS — Republicans in name only. Trump spoke out against a number of them who betrayed their constituents. Republicans trust Donald Trump because his policies work. Trump notes even some Democrats have to concede the point, saying, "In fact, the director of National Institutes of Health, Francis Collins — he's Fauci's boss (I think he's a Democrat too, by the way) — recently said our Operation Warp Speed was absolutely breathtaking and that the Trump administration deserved credit."
Under Trump, Republicans are becoming the party of common sense and resistance, opposed to the demonic influence of globalist elites.
