WASHINGTON (ChurchMilitant.com) - The Navy is requiring all naval personnel to undergo transgender sensitivity training by July 2017 — the same time it will begin accepting transgender recruits.

In a letter to all U.S. Navy members, Chief of Naval Personnel Vice Admiral Robert Burke is announcing the training "will emphasize policies and expectations of personal behavior."

A Naval Personnel Command spokesperson commented, "We do not tolerate harassment of any kind. Treating all service members with dignity and respect is something we take extremely seriously, and when there are any indications that those values are not being followed, we will conduct appropriate investigations and take action as necessary."

This is the latest in a series of moves by the Obama Administration to push his LGBT agenda in the U.S. military. In 2011 he repealed the "Don't ask, don't tell" (DADT) policy enacted by president Clinton in 1993 prohibiting openly gay and bisexual recruits from the military.

With the full blessing of Senate Republicans, Obama appointed open homosexual Eric Fanning as Secretary of the Army — the highest civilian office in the military. Fanning was described by the Army Times as one of the "two key political drivers" in the repeal of DADT.

Since the policy's repeal, it has been discovered that male-on-male incidents of rape have skyrocketed in the military, with the American Psychological Association (APA) revealing that the Department of Defense may be underreporting incidents of male rape by up to 15 percent. In 2011 male-on-male sexual assaults in the military occured 19,300 times, but in 2012 it jumped to 26,300.

In December 2015, Obama opened Marine combat roles to women, leading to higher occurrences of injury while training and decreased overall team performance. More recently it was reported a Navy ship will be named after sexual predator Harvey Milk.

During Barack Obama's eight-year presidency, he has fired more than 200 top-brass military members, including four-star generals. Retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely maintains, "Obama is intentionally weakening and gutting our military, Pentagon and reducing us as a superpower, and anyone in the ranks who disagrees or speaks out is being purged."

Frank Gaffney, former Reagan Administration Undersecretary of defense, asserts, "President Obama is engaged in a wrecking operation on the U.S. military particularly, and under the guise of 'fundamentally transforming America,' doing what he can to remake society in his image."
