Catholics Help Halt Satanic Concert at Statehouse

Catholics Help Halt Satanic Concert at Statehouse

By Alexander Karzon • October 2, 2023 •

As our Church and State continue descending into chaos, demonic forces become more emboldened in their efforts to blaspheme and promote degeneracy. Thankfully, faithful Catholics in Indiana won't allow the satanic crusade to move forward unabated. On Thursday, Sept. 28, faithful Catholics gathered outside the Indianapolis Statehouse to offer prayers of reparation for the demonic activity taking place inside. Read more

What St. Paul Has to Do With Americanism

What St. Paul Has to Do With Americanism

by Chris Plance • September 25, 2023 •

As a Jew under Roman rule, St. Paul intuited that the font of true earthly unity isn't some man-made State, even one as grand as the Roman Empire. Rather he knew that the Catholic Church was the only institution that can serve this purpose. We Americans can learn much from Paul, because we ourselves tend to think of America as a vehicle for world unity and peace. Enroll in CM's first-ever Bible Masterclass on Ephesians to learn more about St. Paul's theology. Read more

Lazarus ‘Coming Out’ of the Closet?

Lazarus ‘Coming Out’ of the Closet?

by Fr Paul John Kalchik • September 23, 2023 •

Fr James Martin's recently published book, Come Forth — The Promise of Jesus's Greatest Miracle, is, at most, mediocre. To promote this book and himself, Martin not only promotes sodomy, but also pushes some ridiculous canards. For this reason, Fr. Kalchik gives this book a thumbs-down.  Read more

You Are Saved by Faith

You Are Saved by Faith

by Trey Brock, MA • September 21, 2023 •

The doctrine of justification has always hinged on the question of faith; that is, the question of belief, choice and salvation. This is why every debate among Christians — be it between Catholics and Protestants, Protestants and Protestants, or even Catholics and Catholics — has at its core the question, "How are we saved?" Of course, the answer is settled: For every man that has been saved or will be saved, it's their faith that grants them entrance into the Kingdom of God. Read more

Don’t Go Down the Dead-End Road of Sedevacantism

Don’t Go Down the Dead-End Road of Sedevacantism

By Church Militant • September 20, 2023 •

A Catholic prelate is denouncing the notion that Pope Francis is not the valid pontiff of the Catholic Church. Would-be sedevacantists should take notice. Bishop Athanasius Schneider produced the latest anti-sedevacantist commentary in a Sept. 18 statement, aptly titled "About the Validity of the Pontificate of Pope Francis." Read more

The Unconditional Duty of a Christian Man: Suffer Well

The Unconditional Duty of a Christian Man: Suffer Well

By Joseph Enders • September 19, 2023 •

Pope St. John Paul II once wrote that suffering is "almost inseparable from man's earthly existence," but the art of suffering well has been lost on modern man for decades. There are, luckily, three ways to learn how, and it will make you invincible. Suffering cannot be conquered without first learning to embrace it. Accepting suffering is recognizing that it is an opportunity for purgation and sanctification — and a chance to fulfill God's will. To do this requires a complete sense of humility, which means total submission to God's perfect will. Read more

Fr. James Martin Faces Resistance at New York Parish

Fr. James Martin Faces Resistance at New York Parish

By Alexander Karzon • September 18, 2023 •

Although dissenters seeking to corrupt the Church from within are given platforms — even in Catholic parishes — the efforts of some laymen show that faithful Catholics won't sit idly by and let authentic Church teaching be ignored. On Sunday, Sept. 17, Church Militant Resistance organized over a dozen Catholics to protest Fr. James Martin's appearance at St. Pius X parish in Scarsdale, New York. The group objecting to Martin's message included Resistance members from New York, Connecticut and New Jersey chapters, as well as members from Tradition Family Property and Westchester County Pro-Life. Read more

The Adoration Chapel That Never Sleeps

The Adoration Chapel That Never Sleeps

By William Mahoney, Ph.D. • September 11, 2023 •

In the city that never sleeps, disciples now sit at the feet of the Master in an adoration chapel that never closes. On the corner of Sixth Avenue and West Washington Place sits St. Joseph's Church in Greenwich Village, an unassuming church nestled among the low-rises and scattered trees. Past the columns in the front stand large blue doors that lead into the main church — one of the oldest in New York City. Read more

Our Lady of La Salette: Warning of Imminent Chastisement

by Fr Paul John Kalchik • September 7, 2023 •

On the afternoon of Sept. 19, 1846, Our Blessed Mother appeared to the young shepherds Maximin Giraud, age 11, and Mélanie Calvat, age 14, on a mountainside in La Salette in southeast France. Unlike other apparitions of the Blessed Mother in times past, Our Lady appeared to these children in great distress, weeping bitterly. Read more

Abortion Trafficking of Unaccompanied Minors Brought Across the Border

Abortion Trafficking of Unaccompanied Minors Brought Across the Border

by Sheena Rodriguez • September 6, 2023 •

Sex trafficking and abortions are inexplicably linked. For years, it has been documented that abortions are utilized as a tool by abusers and traffickers to further exploit women and young girls. Sex trafficking and sexual abuse of children are rampant in the United States. During the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a stark increase in reported trafficking cases across the United States. As previously noted, in 2022, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children cited more than 19,000 reports of possible child sex trafficking cases. Read more

Fr. James Martin Speaking at NY Parish

Fr. James Martin Speaking at NY Parish

By Alexander Karzon • August 31, 2023 •

Saint Pius X Catholic Church in Scarsdale, N.Y., is advertising an in-person talk by homosexualist Fr. James Martin, S.J., on the Synod on Synodality and reaching out to LGBT Catholics. Martin's work to promote homosexual and transgender "inclusion" in the Catholic Church is well known. However, the parish needs to be informed about the litany of scandalous things Martin has said over the years and ask to disinvite Martin from speaking. Read more

Biden’s Latest Two-Faced Tweet

Biden’s Latest Two-Faced Tweet

By William Mahoney, Ph.D. • August 30, 2023 •

"Now is the time for all Americans to speak up when history is being erased, books are being banned, and diversity is being attacked," exhorted Joe Biden. The tweet is yet another masterpiece of a sentence that typifies Joe Biden. It's riddled with a pinch of accusing others of his (and the Democrats') misdeeds, a dash of expressing remorse over the wrong thing (in this case, parents not wanting their children corrupted and groomed by perverted books), and a sprinkle of senility.  Read more
