A prestigious Jesuit university, which receives millions in funding from the Islamic regimes of Saudi Arabia and Qatar, has built what it calls "the first-of-its-kind mosque" on an American college campus. Georgetown University, which promotes itself as the oldest Catholic Jesuit university in the United States, says it erected the mosque to continue its mission of finding "new ways to foster its values of interreligious understanding and cura personalis." Read more

Washington state's Democrat-controlled Legislature and the state's far-left governor established a new law that permits children without parental consent to undergo taxpayer-funded abortions and so-called sex-change procedures. Governor Jay Inslee signed into law on Tuesday Senate Bill 5599. According to a May 4 investigation by The Baltimore Sun, the retired bishop of Wilmington, Bp. William Francis Malooly, was named 127 times in a Maryland grand jury report. The Sun alleges that Malooly is the person referred to as "Official C" in the redacted report. He is one of several high-profile churchmen discussed in the 465-page April 4 grand jury report.
