Overlooked Senate Battleground States

Liberal media sees what it wants to see

Leftist media used polling and propaganda in 2016 to shill for Hillary Clinton, and we all know how that turned out.

With little change, the mainstream giants don't seem to be doing much differently. They clearly want people to think the Senate is going to flip from a Republican majority to a Democratic one, but it's not as crystal clear as they're portraying.

The current Senate has 53 Republicans and 47 Democrats.

The Democrats would need a net gain of three seats with a Biden win or four seats with a Trump victory to gain control.

Of the 35 Senate races this cycle, Republicans are defending 23 seats and the Democrats, 12.

Depending on which polls one follows, there are between nine and 13 battleground states, with liberal media mostly overlooking Michigan and Minnesota.

An NPR piece published last Thursday claims that, in Alabama, "Sen. Doug Jones is the only Democratic incumbent in a tough race this year," ignoring Democrat seats in Michigan and Minnesota that could well flip Republican.

One of the few pollsters to call Trump's win in 2016, Trafalgar group, reports Republican challenger John James is leading over Gary Peters in Michigan.

In 2016, Trump flipped the state, which has been leaning more to the right.

In Minnesota, the riots have changed the atmosphere for Democrat incumbent Tina Smith, a former Planned Parenthood executive.

Rather than cracking down on rioters, Smith wants to crack down on police.

A former police officer told Church Militant, Smith's plans would be disastrous for law enforcement and dangerous for police officers.

Regarding "chokeholds," he had this to say: "We aren't trained to use any sort of chokehold, but when your life is on the line, self-defense allows you to use any method available to you at that time."

Smith's Republican challenger, former congressman John Lewis, sides with police and wants to crack down on rioters.

If Michigan and Minnesota Senate seats flip Republican, mainstream media's projections aren't as hopeful for Democrats as they'd have everybody believe.
