NJ’s Final Gubernatorial Debate

New Jerseans are weighing their options after Tuesday's final debate for governor. The incumbent and challenger faced off, answering questions on vaccines, masks, taxes and abortion. Church Militant's Dr. William Mahoney has more on the moral choice for New Jersey voters.

Phil Murphy: "There is a playbook. We know vaccines work. We know masking works."

Phil Murphy, the fake Catholic Democrat governor of New Jersey, squared off last night with his opponent, a quasi-Christian Republican, Jack Ciattarelli.

Ciattarelli, who encourages vaccination but opposes all mandates, pointed out Murphy's mask hypocrisy.

Jack Ciattarelli: "I just heard the governor talk about mask mandates, but as the news reported today, he participated in a very large indoor conference ― I think over the last three or four days ― in which nobody was wearing masks."

About mid-debate, the topic turned to abortion.

The nation's largest abortion chain, Planned Parenthood, endorses Murphy and denounces Ciattarelli. But the gubernatorial challenger's position on killing children is far from absolute. Ciattarelli supports abortion in the first 20 weeks of a child's life.

Jack Ciattarelli: "I support a woman's right to choose. I've been very, very consistent on bodily autonomy-type decisions. I've been very, very consistent on 'My body, my choice.' Yes, if that's what we need to do here in New Jersey to protect a woman's right to choose, we will do that."

Murphy is a leader in the Culture of Death, having signed assisted suicide into state law in 2019, and having signed over $9.5 million to the abortion industry in 2020.

Ciattarelli is an aspiring leader in the culture of blurred principles.

Come November, New Jerseans will decide just how tightly their state will embrace the Culture of Death.

New Jerseans will vote on Nov. 2, All Souls' Day, when the Church prays for all those who've gone before, some of whom will undoubtedly be voting.
