Supply Choke Point

Succeed or hide the problem

There is a popular expression among some: "Perception is reality." The White House is using that concept in propaganda to make it seem like work is getting done on supply shortages. Church Militant's Joe Gallagher puts the "real" in reality concerning the supply chain crisis.

American caller to Joe and Jill Biden: "Yeah, I hope you guys have a Merry Christmas as well, and let's go, Brandon!"

President Joe Biden: "Let's go, Brandon, I agree."

Americans view the Biden administration with disfavor, owing to several factors, including the supply crisis. Biden and liberal media, however, view Democratic efforts as a success.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki: "Efforts to address bottlenecks in the supply chain — I think you saw him give remarks on that as well, but, as The New York Times said today, 'Christmas gifts are arriving on time this year.' Good news, we saved Christmas."

Pete Buttigieg is tasked with solving the crisis as transportation secretary. He claimed success on Tuesday owing to efforts like staging shipping vessels 50 miles and more off the coast.

Los Angeles mayor Eric Garcetti: "Our president and this entire administration deserves [sic] credit for saving Christmas. This is the man who saved Christmas."

Pete Buttigieg, U.S. transportation secretary: "One of the reasons why Christmas was not, in fact, not canceled is that ports like Los Angeles and Long Beach moved record levels of goods."

Leftists argue this is to help solve air pollution, but critics see it as hiding the ships to give the illusion of less congestion near the port.

Democrats claim their efforts have improved productivity. But after Buttigieg launched his efforts in October, including 24/7 operational hours, November saw fewer shipping containers offloaded.

Buttigieg: "I want to not, this does not, does not mean that the issue has been solved. It's not just how many ships can you see; it's how many is [sic] on their way."

Democrats are sweeping dust under the rug in hopes voters won't punish them in the midterms.

Inflation in the United States has hit 7% for the first time in 40 years, which has increased the price of goods and services such as fuel and groceries.
